Three Auckland properties the failed Du Val group owns are up for sale.The terraced housing projects are in various stages of development.In August, the Government placed 70 entities in the Du Val group in statutory management.Statutory manager PwC has estimated the group owes $240 million and says selling the properties is the appropriate step.One of the sites being put on the market is part of the master-planned Mountain Vista Estate development in Walmsley Rd, Māngere.The section of 22 first and second-floor apartments is under construction...
