A High Court judge has ruled Du Val founders Charlotte and Kenyon Clarke must deliver a range of items to receivers at PwC. While their powers under statutory management mean the receivers at PwC led by John Fisk are in control of the assets in the group, receivers went to court earlier this week seeking several items.
