Ebert receivers head back to court

The receivers for Ebert Construction are heading back to court to get approval for final distributions from the failed construction company’s retention fund. The distribution of retention funds by PwC receivers John Fisk and Lara Bennett has been closely watched in the construction industry. Ebert was the first major construction company to collapse under new law that required retentions be held in trust.
