An entity connected to a Queenstown property development has gone into liquidation owing at least $7.4 million.Baker Tilly Staples Rodway’s Jared Booth and Tony Maginness were appointed to Formcrete Construction on June 25.Its sole shareholder and director is Dean Franklin.
