An international sustainability investor has taken a 25% stake in local retirement village operator Freedom Lifestyle Villages.The $40 million investment by Assetz ANZ would set Freedom Group Holdings up to continue its development pipeline, chair and acting chief executive Bill McDonald said.“We currently have five villages, and we intend to buy at least three additional pieces of land over the coming 12 months and want to get under way with 10 or 15 new villages over the next 10 years.“Going forward there will be further...
