The Commerce Commission granted clearance for Trade Me to acquire property valuation portal Homes.co.nz.Trade Me said the clearance would benefit New Zealand property buyers, sellers and agents. Homes.co.nz, owned by PropertyNZ, does have property listings on its site but is most known for property information, including valuations.PropertyNZ has 14 shareholders including Spark, which owned 22.52% of the business.
