Goodman Property Trust expects another year of similar cash earnings and distribution growth.New Zealand’s largest listed property vehicle (LPV), with $4.7 billion in assets under management, reported its full-year results to the market on Thursday.Cash earnings of 7.55 cents per unit (CPU) were marginally ahead of market guidance, increasing 5.2% on a like-for-like basis.After a 1.625-cent fourth-quarter top-up, full-year distributions were 6.50 cents per unit, a 4.8% increase from 2024.The firm forecasts more of the same, with 2026 cash...
