Government adds three more projects to fast-track consent list

Environment minister David Parker has green-lighted another three projects to apply for fast-track consent, under the Covid-19 Recovery (Fast Track) Consenting Act 2020.If consented, the projects could result in the construction of as many as 891 new homes. The largest development, Te Pūtahi Ladies Mile in Lake Hayes, outside Queenstown, will see infrastructure built to support as many as 748 new homes. That project will include a park-and-ride facility and potentially a new school.The Kepa Rd apartment development in Kohimarama, Auckland,...
