Kiwi Property plans to sell green bonds

Kiwi Property Group is planning on selling an unspecified amount of seven-year green bonds to both institutions and retail investors.It said it will release full details next Monday if it decides to proceed.It has appointed ANZ Bank New Zealand as arranger, coordinator and joint lead manager.
