An Auckland townhouse developer faces the mortgagee sale of its latest project unless the $17.3 million loan on the property is repaid by September 5.Nest or Invest Sullivan developed 15 townhouses on a double site in Sullivan Ave, Māngere Bridge.The completed two-, three-, and four-bedroom homes are being marketed for sale by Barfoot & Thomson.However, on July 23, Cayman Islands-registered lender 1769 Funding issued a Property Law Act (PLA) notice against Nest or Invest Sullivan, saying it was in default on its $17.34m mortgage.If the mort...
