The true impact of the covid-19 lockdown on Auckland’s property market may not show up until next month, after new house listings slowed to a snail's pace in April. Barfoot & Thompson said the 552 sales booked last month were almost half the 1,096 completed in March, while the average price of $962,136 in the city was 3 percent less than the month before.
