Demand for green office space is bucking a softening market, according to Argosy Property, which has carried out a $54 million building refurbishment to 6 Green Star standards in Newmarket, Auckland.The NZX-listed company said it was set to be one of New Zealand’s largest retrofit office projects to reach that standard, subject to certification, and the second for the company after Stats NZ’s new home at 8 Willis St, Wellington. Green Star is Australasia's largest voluntary sustainability rating system for non-resident...
