Oceania Healthcare has its sights focused on growth, even beyond upgrading and extending its existing aged care and retirement village sites, most of which still have further development potential.Since it listed in May 2017, the company has bought a lone greenfield site - the Waimarie Street site in St Helliers, Auckland acquired later that year - and in August last year it gained resource consent to develop it into a village with 107 apartments and care suites.But it now has standing Overseas Investment Office consent for up to 12 transaction...
