Precinct's 44 Bowen St development now fully leased

Precinct Properties said its development at 44 Bowen Street in Wellington is now fully leased after Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency signed up for a 12-year lease over six contiguous floors, including the ground floor, totalling 8,660 square metres.Precinct started building the office tower after accounting firm KPMG signed a lease late last year.Precinct chief executive Scott Pritchard said the new lease is a great result."We are delighted to have secured such a high-quality large occupier," Pritchard said.The other building at the Bo...
