Queenstown hotel revenues hit $309, sector back to pre-pandemic levels

Room asking rates in the Queenstown Lakes district continued to lead the country, hitting average revenue per available room, or RevPar, of $309 last month, on an average daily rate of $352.That's up a third in RevPar terms – with 88% of its 4,748 available rooms filled during February – on the comparable month's $232.
