The Hill family has enlisted heavyweight US private equity investor Ric Kayne and his golf resort team to drive the development of The Hills golf course near Arrowtown.Kayne, whose net worth has been estimated at US$2 billion (NZ$3.2b) by Forbes, is the co-founder of alternative asset manager Kayne Anderson Capital, a Los Angeles firm with over US$34b assets under management.
