Rising mortgage rates aren't weighing on housing market: survey

Real estate agents think the housing market is gaining extra strength despite rising mortgage rates, tightening lending restrictions and adverse tax changes for landlords.Economist Tony Alexander's latest survey of 357 agents said 67% report house prices are rising, the strongest this indicator has been since February.
