Leasing agents are reporting resurgent demand for inner-city office space as major corporate tenants are looking to upgrade and move to greener workspaces.In most cases, and in tandem with the move to ‘work-from-anywhere’ for professional firms, companies are also reducing their office footprints. Listed energy group Vector and retirement village operator Metlifecare will move to 110 Carlton Gore Rd, Newmarket when it is completed at the end of next year.The two firms will take up 4,700 square metres and 2,100 sqm respectively...
