US billionaire Ric Kayne looks set to extend his New Zealand golfing empire to the South Island, with the development of a resort and residences at Glendhu Bay, near Lake Wanaka.NZ resident Kayne, 74, owns the exclusive Tara Iti golf course north of Auckland that opened in 2015.
