Vital Healthcare Property Trust has bought a 5,330 square metre development site in Melbourne for A$29 million.The site in Box Hill is in the same precinct as Epworth Eastern Hospital, Vital's largest asset, and the Ekera Medical Centre, which Vital also owns, and near the Box Hill public hospital and tertiary training institute.Vital's manager, which is owned by Canada-based NorthWest Healthcare Properties Real Estate Investment Trust, said the site can support a gross floor area of more than 42,000 sqm.It "has been strategically...
