A dual Australia/New Zealand listing is not on the cards for Vital Healthcare Property Trust anytime soon, manager Aaron Hockly says.Late last year, the trans-Tasman investor in $3.2 billion of healthcare and medical-related properties consulted its unitholders about a proposal to become a dual-listed trust (DLT).It would have restructured Vital into separate NZ and Australian trusts that traded independently on the NZ Exchange (NZX) and Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) while continuing to operate as a single entity.However, after the consu...
