Vital Healthcare has settled its $95 million health precinct venture in Queenstown, taking its New Zealand portfolio to more than $1 billion in a little under two years, almost a third of its trans-Tasman assets.Completion of the Kawarau Park, Queenstown deal follows April's $50.7m purchase of a maternity and life sciences site at 68 St Asaph Street in Christchurch, about 300 metres from the Christchurch Hospital – marking its first two properties on the South Island.It also entered into an agreement to buy Auckland Endoscopy in Epsom...
