Winton Property is pressing ahead with plans to raise as much as $350 million in an initial public offering that will get in just before the Christmas break.The residential property developer settled on a dual-listing on the NZX and ASX to help fund its expansion of high-end retirement villages and has secured a $200m commitment from Macquarie Asset Management.
