Christchurch-based property developer Wolfbrook has bought the property management business of the failed Du Val group.Investment Portfolio Management Limited Partnership (IPM) managed around 450 properties and was one of 70 Du Val entities placed in statutory management in August.Statutory managers PwC put the property management business on the market late last year as they tried to recover as much of the estimated $240 million owed by the Du Val group as possible.The sale to Wolfbrook was settled on Dec 20, Wolfbrook Property Group chie...
