Rātā Foundation takes stake in Pathfinder

The Rātā Foundation has taken a 25% shareholding in Alvarium Wealth Management Holdings, which owns Alvarium Wealth and Pathfinder.The community investment fund Rātā, which has said it would allocate 30% of its portfolio to direct investment, said it was its first direct investment.The investment brings the level of direct investment for Rātā to 9.3%.“Rātā will continue to actively seek direct investment opportunities that offer enduring and sustainable revenue through highly responsible means, with the end goal of increasing the fun...
