RegCo begins investigation into troubled QEX

RegCo has launched a formal investigation into whether QEX Logistics complied with listing rules and continuous disclosure requirements “on a number of matters”.NZ’s listed market regulator is investigating the company’s statements to the NZX regarding criminal charges for illegal exports and an alleged robbery of its warehouse last October.RegCo chief executive Joost van Amelsfort said it had begun investigating the statement made by QEX which revealed the cross-border logistics company had been charged by the Ministry...
