Regulator eyes competition issues in Spark's TeamTalk bid

By Paul McBeth April 3 (BusinessDesk) - The Commerce Commission has outlined where it's looking for any competition issues in Spark New Zealand's hostile bid for telecommunications firm TeamTalk.
