Rejecting NZME, Fairfax merger on plurality grounds 'illogical and incomplete'

By Paul McBeth March 29 (BusinessDesk) - The Commerce Commission's concerns that a merger of dominant news publishers NZME and Fairfax New Zealand would stifle the number of voices in the media is a backward-looking assessment that would be "illogical and incomplete", the publishers said.
