Harry Hart’s Walter & Wild food empire has added ice cream to its stable, buying Movenpick licensee Emerald Foods Group for an undisclosed sum.The ice cream company was sold to Hong Kong-based interests in 2015 for an undisclosed sum by entrepreneur Diane Foreman, but appeared to fall on tough times when receivers were appointed by Emerald Jade Ltd on March 31.Today, subsidiaries of Hart’s Walter & Wild group emerged as the sole shareholder of Emerald Foods, and chief financial officer Paul Manning and chief operating office...
