New Zealand only has room for one general entertainment streaming service, and Spark wasn’t the natural owner, according to chief executive Jolie Hodson.The country’s biggest telecommunications company sold Lightbox to Sky Network Television for $6 million-plus the fair value of prepaid content rights.
