School lunch provider Libelle Group tipped into liquidation

Liquidators have been appointed to school lunch provider Libelle Group by the shareholders of the company. On Tuesday morning, Robert Campbell and David Webb of Deloitte New Zealand were appointed as liquidators. Libelle Group’s contracts span the education sector and it is contracted by Compass Group New Zealand Ltd (Compass) to deliver approximately 125,000 meals daily as part of the Government’s school lunch programme. Compass and Libelle are the only businesses out of 156 suppliers to last year’s school lunc...
