A high court judge has ordered Viagogo to hand over documents in a long-running fair trading case brought by the Commerce Commission, but did restrict the regulator casting its net as wide as it wanted.More than two-and-a-half years ago the commission alleged Viagogo had operated its website in a misleading or deceptive manner.
