Sandon Capital Investments said it’s aware of reports that director Ron Brierley was arrested, but isn’t in a position to comment further.The ASX-listed company took over Brierley’s last vehicle – Mercantile Investments – earlier this year in an all-scrip deal when the veteran corporate raider said it was time to retire at the age of 81.
