Air NZ reports first loss in 18 years, no final dividend

Air New Zealand reported its first loss in 18 years and while it was not quite as bad as it expected, the airline won’t pay a final dividend and it expects to draw down on the government’s loan facility "in the coming days."The company reported a loss before significant items and tax of $87 million for the year to June 30, compared to earnings of $387 million in the prior year.  In June, it said it was expecting to report an underlying loss of up to $120 million for the 2020 financial year.Operating revenue was $...
