KiwiSaver manager Simplicity is extending its floating rate mortgage offer to new members and is offering what it says is the lowest floating rate in the country at 2.25%.While Simplicity referenced floating rates offered by banks range from Kiwibank's 3.4% to Westpac's 4.59%, it overlooked Heartland's online-only 2.5% floating rate offer and BNZ's confusing array of floating rates, of which its Mortgage One offer is highest at 5.15%.Simplicity said its offer, launched in October 2019, was previously open only to those who had b...
