Skellerup annual profit slides 6%; forecasts improvement for coming year

By Tina Morrison Aug. 18 (BusinessDesk) - Skellerup Holdings' annual profit fell 6 percent as weaker demand for products in its agricultural business weighed on improved earnings from its industrial unit. Profit slid to $20.5 million, or 10.65 cents per share, in the 12 months ended June 30, from $21.9 million, or 11.38 cents, a year earlier, the Auckland-based company said in a statement.
