Sept. 13 (BusinessDesk) - Sky Network Television, the country’s dominant pay-TV provider, has added two new independent directors to its board, beefing up its experience in mobile and software technology. Snakk Media and Hyperfactory co-founder Derek Handley and former head of SAP North America and MyWave co-founder Geraldine McBride were today appointed to the Auckland-based company, filling casual vacancies, it said in a statement.
