Brent Robinson was appointed chief executive of Rakon some 35 years ago, but the plan for his replacement has been in mind for the last 10 of those. “Obviously, everybody’s got to think about succession and I’m no different to anyone else,” Robinson told BusinessDesk.He’ll step aside as CEO of the NZX-listed components manufacturer on April 1, 2022.
