Leave it to foodies to fix what ain't broken. But folks are fickle. Even though urban watering holes pretty much have to offer food as part of their offering under liquor laws, there's still the opportunity to throw some decent fare into the mix. Places like the franchised Beer Spots and other breweries have edged around that by focusing on selling heaps of fresh beer but parking a rotation of food trucks in front.
