Situated near the top of Wellington’s iconic Cuba Street, and thus away from the area’s characteristic brouhaha, Kazaguruma is easy to miss.So easy in fact, that on my way to dinner, I walked right under the corrugated-iron awning, past the red colonial-era facade and 100 metres up the road.No matter, though: I was early. And, because the intimate restaurant does not have a waiting area, the staff prefer you to arrive right on time.A quick Google will tell you that Kazaguruma translates to “windmill”.
