Fully-vaccinated Australians will be able to freely enter New Zealand next month as the government unveiled its next steps to reconnecting with the world.From April 13, Australians will be allowed to enter the country without going through quarantine, giving tourism operators access to trans-Tasman markets during their school holidays.
