Australasian-listed travel company Helloworld Travel has bought Wellington-based corporate travel agent Barlow Travel Group for an undisclosed sum.Founded by Peter Barlow in 2011, Barlow Travel Group (BTG) trades as BCD Travel in New Zealand under licence from BCD Travel, one of the world's largest corporate travel businesses based in the Netherlands.In an announcement to the ASX on Thursday, Helloworld Travel (HLO) said it would buy 100% of BTG.HLO said the acquisition followed a long-term partnership with BTG, which began in 201...
