Vital's management fees up 75%, distributable income down 18.7%

By Jenny Ruth March 1 (BusinessDesk) - Vital Healthcare Property Trust's management fees jumped to $22.1 million in the six months ended December, up nearly 75 percent from a year earlier, at the same time as net distributable income fell 18.7 percent.
