By Margreet Dietz Sept. 1 (BusinessDesk) - Wall Street moved lower, after US Federal Reserve officials left open the door for an interest rate hike in September and amid lingering concerns about the outlook for China’s economy.  At about 3:15pm in New York, the Dow Jones Industrial Average dropped 0.6 percent, while the Standard & Poor’s 500 Index fell 1 percent, and the Nasdaq Composite Index shed 1.3 percent.
