By Margreet Dietz Nov. 15 (BusinessDesk) - Wall Street declined, as shares of General Electric sank for a second day and energy stocks slid with oil prices. In 1.08pm trading in New York, the Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 0.3 percent, while the Nasdaq Composite Index shed 0.7 percent.
