Xero's NZ subs recover some revenue in May

New Zealand's small businesses rebounded strongly in May compared to April but their revenue was still well down on May last year. On the other hand, employment levels within small businesses had recovered to within 1 percent of normal. Data from small business accounting software provider Xero showed its customers' revenue was down 22 percent in May compared with a year earlier, but that was a strong recovery from April's figures, which were down 41 percent.
