Infratil is a diversified infrastructure group with renewable energy, connectivity, data, airport and real estate assets. The company owns large holdings in four energy companies providing exposure to hydro, wind and solar energy generation in NZ, Australia, Europe and the USA.

Group assets also include equity ownership in the Wellington Airport, Vodafone, CDC data centres, commercial and retirement real estate in NZ and Australia.

The company is one of the larger companies on the NZX with a market capitalisation of almost $4 billion in 2020. Infratil is dual listed on both the NZX and ASX. Marko Bogoievski has led the company as CEO since 2009.
