Infratil to be added to S&P / ASX200 Index

Please see attached a copy of an announcement made by S&P Dow Jones Indices on the ASX.

As indicated in that announcement, Infratil Limited will be added to the S&P/ASX 200 Index effective prior to the open of trading on Wednesday, 23 July 2025.
