Kiwi Property Group

Kiwi Property Group owns and manages a NZ real estate portfolio valued at more than $3 billion. The company’s core assets are 12 retail and office buildings leased to major department store, supermarket, cinema and banking brands. Kiwi Group also manages over $400 million of property on behalf of third parties.

The company was listed on the NZX as KPG in 2014 when the firm changed from a trust to a corporate. Kiwi Property is one of the larger companies on the NZX with a market capitalisation near $2 billion in 2020. The group has been led by Clive Mackenzie as CEO since 2018.
