Precinct Properties New Zealand is a real estate investment company with a focus on A-grade commercial office property in NZ. The company owns, manages and develops city centre properties, with a focus on the Auckland and Wellington regions. In 2020, Precinct had a real estate portfolio valued at $3 billion.

Over the years the company has gone through a series of name changes, the original entity AMP NZ Office Trust was listed on the NZX in 1997. Scott Pritchard has led the company as CEO since 2010.
